Intuitive Reiki Healing - £45 for a one hour session

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated from Japan in the early 1920s. It loosely translates to "Universal life energy" and works with a persons energy field to support the body in it's natural healing processes for the physical body, mind and spirit.

​

Every Reiki practitioner works differently, so it's important to find the person you feel you connect with. I work by combining the power of crystals with the energy work to help clear and align the chakras as well as working closely with spirit and intuition to identify trauma within the body or chakra centres, and channel healing energy to these areas.

​

Reiki can be incredibly beneficial for promoting relaxation, stress reduction and wellness.

Sound Baths - £20 pp

A sound bath is a relaxing, meditative experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves. These waves are produced by healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself.​

​

Sound baths can have significant benefits, including reduced stress and anxiety, improved sleep quality, and increased focus and clarity. They can also lower stress hormones, improve mood, and reduce pain.
